Lanzarote is a great destination for those looking for a holiday on a budget. Largely unspoiled you will find a good range of small, family owned or even larger resorts with hotels and apartments available at a good rate.

Situated a mere 10 minutes cab ride from the airport in Playa de los Pocillos, the main resort of Puerto del Carmen is just 7km away and easily accessible by the local bus service. Within walking distance of the beach as well as a selection of restaurants and bars, these apartments offer lively and convenient accommodation for those travelling on a budget. There are a range of different sized apartments available, up to 5 bedrooms for larger parties. There is of course a pool which is surrounded by palm trees, a great alternative for those who don’t like sand or who want to keep a close eye on children.
Jable Bermuda Apartments
For large rooms at a low cost, the Jable Bermuda Apartments offer spacious accommodation in a great location. Near the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen you will be close to any number of bars, restaurants and night clubs. Available in 2 or 3 bedrooms, these are great for families. If you are travelling as a larger party, you are able to book them in blocks to ensure that you are all together. Bear in mind that the complex is quite small, so even if this is not possible, you won’t be far away from your friends or relatives. This apartment is close to the beach but there is also a pool if you don’t feel like going far.
The Teneguia Apartments
An attractive complex also in Puerto del Carmen, the Teneguia Apartments are family run and boast a fantastic location. Close to the beach, as well as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even a golf club and there is also free WiFi. These apartments have a laid back feel and the rooms are great, many with their own balcony overlooking the pool.
